From check-in and check-out times to inquiries about pets, below are some of the questions asked most often.
What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
During the peak season, for all accommodations: Check In from 14:00” hrs - Check Out before 12:00” hrs (noon). It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed; usually in low season check In/Out is very flexible and can be arranged.
Can we settle our bill upon arrival?
The bill of the room (according to Greek Law) needs to be settled on departure day; extra charges (such as: drinks, snacks, telephone calls etc) can be settled at any time.
Is breakfast included in the price of the room?
Breakfast is included in the room price. It is served in buffet, in the Olive Hall (the breakfast lounge of the hotel) which operates daily from 08:00” until 11:00”.
Do all rooms and suites have a private balcony?
Yes, all hotel rooms have their own, private balconies or verandas. Rooms and suites in First Wing have balconies with sea view. Balconies in Second Wing have garden and/or patio view.
How many floors has the building? Is there an elevator (lift)?
The AEOLOS hotel consists of 3 floors. The Front Wing has an elevator.
Which languages are spoken on the Reception Desk?
Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
Prices are quoted per double room (for 2 persons), per night, and include all local taxes and VAT.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms/suites? Is there any extra charge for this?
We do offer air conditioning facilities in the all the accommodations, with in-room individual controls. There is no additional charge for this.
Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/suites?
All accommodations offer telephone line with direct dialling.
Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/suite?
Yes, this is possible. Apart from free Wi-Fi, all accommodations offer Ethernet port for ISDN connection.
Is there TV set in the rooms/suites? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All rooms and suites offer LCD TV with satellite/international channels.
Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
There are a few more quiet/private/romantic rooms. Please ask during your reservation.
Is there parking available?
Free parking area is available on site, with adequate park spaces.
Is there a restaurant in the premises?
AEOLOS hotel does not have a restaurant. At the hotel’s bar we offer burgers, light snacks, omelets, salads etc.
Plenty of restaurants and taverns are in walking distance from the premises, and we can assist with restaurant bookings for you.
Are pets welcome?
Guide dogs and helping-pets are allowed. Also, other well behaved pets are welcome, but this should be arranged when making your reservation.
Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Skiathos Airport (JSI) on the neighboring island of Skiathos.
